Poddano analizie 1017 historii chorób dzieci przyjętych w Poradni Zdrowia Psychicznego dla Dzieci 2002 roku w celu oceny najczęstszych przyczyn zgłoszeń. W grupie badanych 67% stanowili chłopcy, z których pierwszy raz zgłosiło się 71,3%, a przyjętych pierwszy raz dziewcząt było 28,7%. Wizyty kolejne stanowiły 48% wszystkich ocenianych przypadków. Najczęstszą diagnozą u chłopów i dziewcząt były zaburzenia zachowania i emocji F90-98 (ICD 10), zespoły hiperkinetyczne stanowiły 24%, upośledzenia umysłowe 18,8%, w tym lekkie 53,4%. Zaburzenia nerwicowe stwierdzono u 8,9% z przewagą rozpoznania F 43. Zespoły behawioralne związane z zaburzeniami fizjologicznymi i czynnikami fizycznymi F 50-59 stanowiły 1,7%, z przewagą zaburzeń odżywiania na poziomie 79%.

The causes of the first time visit to the Clinic of the Psychiatric Health of Children at the age of 1-16 are presented. In 2002, 1,017 cases of the history of the children's disease were analysed in the clinic of the psychiatric health of children in order to evaluate the most common disease. 67% of the estimated group were boys, 71.3% of whom appeared the first time. The girls of the group of the first time examination were stated as 28.7%. The subsequent consultations were estimated as 48% of all the cases taken into consideration. The most common diagnosis of both boys and girls included behaviour disorders and emotional disturbances (F 90-98 ICD 10); ADHD syndrom was stated as 24%; mental retardation as 18.8% (among which the mild ones were 53.4%). Neurosis disorder were stated in 8.9% of the cases with the superiority of the F 43 recognitions. Behavioural disorders connected with the physiological disturbances and the physical features were stated as 1.7% with the superiority of the eating disorder on the 79% level.
